At AmanSpeak Miniatures i strive to provide a high quality, affordable service and therefore offer a flat rate for P&P worldwide for orders regardless of order value or amount, this applys to all items bought in a single transaction only.

Payment

The checkout is powered by Paypal so you can be sure it is secure. Payment can be made via Credit/Debit card or by your own Paypal account. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal.

Paypal is a secure transaction where I don't see any of your credit card or bank information.

Postage and Packaging

Worldwide Postage and Packaging is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 no matter how many items you order. This will be added to your order at the checkout.

All orders over £50 will be sent Recorded Signed For and will be sent for the same £2.50 flat rate.

Please Note: Shipping does not cover any international customs charges or taxes if any and must be paid for by customer (packages are always marked as gift)

Orders

All orders upon cleared payment will be sent the next availible posting day (monday-thursday) cleared payments (friday-sunday) will be sent on mondays.

Postage and delivery
Items are posted first class, royal mail.

Returns
I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify me within 5 days by email and return the item in its original packaging and in perfect condition for a refund to your account. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable and I would recommend posting returns back by recorded delivery. Proof of posting will be required.
