We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, often within 1–3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for preparation. All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. Delivery estimates below apply after dispatch and may be affected by customs delays.

UK Shipping
Collectors throughout the UK benefit from a flat postage fee of £4.65 on every purchase. We utilize 24-hour tracked services to ensure your artisan miniatures arrive safely and swiftly.
Europe
European delivery charges are shown at checkout. Where the delivery option states “includes import taxes and duties”, these charges are prepaid. For other delivery options, additional import charges may be payable on arrival.
International
Global collectors shipping rates are shown at checkout. Your delicate packages are dispatched via standard International tracked mail to provide full visibility and security for your miniature investment.
Delivery options marked “includes import duties” or “includes import taxes and duties” cover those charges upfront.
For other delivery options, import taxes, customs duties and postal handling fees may be payable by the customer on arrival. These are not included in the delivery charge.

- Transit: Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days following dispatch.
- Fragile Care: All items are double-boxed for maximum safety.
- Europe: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days post-dispatch.
- USA & Canada: Usually delivered within 10–14 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of World: Please allow 14-21 days for distant dollhouses.
