Returns and refunds

If you change your mind, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, then return the items within 14 days of notifying us. Please pack them securely and use the original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

For a full order returned under this policy, we refund the item price and standard outward delivery charge. Any extra paid for premium delivery is not refundable. You may inspect items as you would in a shop; we may reduce the refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact amanspeakminiatures@gmail.com so we can arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement. We cover reasonable return postage for these items. Faulty goods generally carry a 30-day right to reject, and further rights may apply after that period.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Delivery and import charges

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination and order value. Where a delivery option states that import duties or taxes are included, we prepay those charges. Otherwise, additional import taxes, duties and postal handling fees may be payable by the customer on arrival.

We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days; please allow up to 5 business days for preparation. Delivery estimates apply after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs processing may cause delays. Please see our Shipping page for destination-specific estimates.

Our products

Our miniatures are decorative collectibles, not edible food. Please follow the age guidance, warnings and care instructions on each product listing and our Safety Advice page.

Handcrafted products may have small variations in colour, shape and detail. Photographs are illustrative, and screen settings can affect how colours appear. These variations do not affect your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

Prices and checkout charges are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or fees if you pay in another currency.

Delivery charges and any import charges included in our service are shown at checkout. Please read our Delivery and import charges section for information about charges that may be payable separately.

Orders

Please check your order and delivery details before paying. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Delivery

Our Shipping page and Delivery and import charges section explain our preparation times, estimated delivery times and charges.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. For deliveries arranged by us, the goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights or the remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

Please do not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users.

Such restrictions do not remove your rights concerning an existing order.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where possible. Any delay in enforcing a provision does not mean we have given up our right to enforce it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable law, including protections that may apply in their country of residence.
